The Lady Vikings of Big Bend dropped into sixth place in the

NWAACC East with a 79-38 home loss to Walla Walla CC on

Saturday.

It was Big Bend's second consecutive 40-plus point loss of the

week.

It was Big Bend's second consecutive 40-plus point loss of the week.

Walla Walla led 38-15 at halftime and never relented as Big Bend dropped to 9-10 overall and 2-5 in NWAACC play.

The Lady Vikings were outrebounded 51-42 and committed 20 turnovers while shooting only 21 percent from the field.

Ashley McGowan led Big Bend with seven points.
