HART: Innovative if not exactly ethical

I see where Rep. Hart is getting a lot of press lately. Now he held a fundraiser to get OTHER people to pay his back taxes for him. I give him credit for being innovative about things.

An honest man would NOT steal timber to build his home with. An honest man would pay his taxes as everyone else has to do, and an honest state government would file charges against him and prosecute him according to the law. He should be charged with the criminal offenses he has allegedly committed and tried in court just like everyone else. He should also be impeached for violating state and federal laws.

This sad situation is a serious blemish on the government of the state of Idaho.
