COEUR d'ALENE - City Councilman Mike Kennedy raised $6,240 in 2010, according to the incumbent's campaign financial disclosure report filed Monday.
Kennedy had $2,716 on hand. He spent $5,619, ending with a $3,337 balance. Bill and Connie Morrow, along with Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters each donated $1,000. The Coeur d'Alene Tribe donated $750.
Seat 2 challenger Jim Brannon closed his report out earlier in the year. His attorney, Starr Kelso, notified the city in April that despite ongoing litigation, the 2009 election officially ended when the city installed the winners in January 2010.
