EPHRATA - Both teams would end their season short of a Central Washington Athletic Conference (CWAC) district playoff berth.

That didn't mean a season-ending win wouldn't suffice for at least one last good feeling.

The Othello Huskies overcame a 42-36 fourth quarter deficit and held on for a 59-57 win over the Ephrata Tigers on Friday night.

Drew Scott led Othello with 21 points and 16 rebounds while hitting the game winner for the Huskies (6-14, 4-14).

"The Huskies ended the season on a high note and we finally won a close game," Othello head coach Pete Patitucchi said. "Drew Scott also had an excellent game."

Ephrata (0-20, 0-18) was led by freshman Dylan Benthem's 25 points and Kent Christensen's 17 points.

David Garza added 18 points for Othello.
