Hospital plans event at open house in Troy

St. John’s Lutheran Hospital’s

Rehabilitation Services Department announced that it has remodeled

the Troy facility to accommodate significant growth in occupational

therapy, and speech and language pathology services.

To mark the occasion, a community open

house is scheduled to run from noon-2 p.m., on Tuesday, March

1.

In addition to a free lunch, the

Rehabilitation Services Department will be offering free hearing

screenings and free educational opportunities on carpal tunnel

syndrome, swallowing difficulties, dementia and on aging well.

Specialists will be on hand to answer

any questions about services at the Troy facility, which is now

fully staffed weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
