CRIME REPORTS

Kootenai County Sheriff

Monday

1:38 p.m.: A Samsung TV, a Gateway laptop computer and miscellaneous DVDs with a total value of about $3,600 were reported stolen from a residence in the 1800 block of East 16th Avenue near Post Falls.

6:58 p.m.: Miscellaneous cans of ammunition valued at $2,000 were reported stolen from a residence in the 30200 block of North Kaleb Lane in Spirit Lake.

Tuesday

7:12 a.m.: Damages of about $18,300 were reportedly done to a door, walls, artwork and numerous paintings at a business located in the 100 block of West Prairie Avenue near Coeur d'Alene.

3:30 p.m.: A homemade dock and catwalk valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from a summer residence in the 1400 block of Thimbleberry Lane near Harrison.

Chapman Financial Services Inc., v. Joseph W. Jenks, was awarded judgment of $5,366.55.

North Idaho Credit Corporation v. Richard D. McCorkle et al., was awarded judgment of $6,974.70.

Judge Robert Burton

Zachary A. McDonald, 20, Coeur d'Alene: 365 days in jail with 325 days suspended, work release, $750 in fines, $200 restitution and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

William R. Haines, 29, Post Falls: 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, work release, $750 in fines and two years probation for reckless driving.

Christopher D. Cowles, 20, Rathdrum: 180 days in jail with 167 days suspended and credit for time served, $300 in fines and two years probation for use of the telephone to harass.

Judge Fred Gibler

Thomas J. Coit III, 30, Hayden: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended and two years probation for battery-domestic violence.

Judge Lansing Haynes

Chad A. Harrison, 30, Post Falls: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and two years six months indeterminate time with retained jurisdiction for possession of a controlled substance.

Judge John Luster

Shawn D. Singer, 25, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with retained jurisdiction for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Dustin V. Sperow, 19, Coeur d'Alene: 365 days in jail for obstructing officers and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Jonathon C. Stout, 25, Moscow: 10 days in jail with credit for time served, work release and $250 in fines for petit theft.
