EPHRATA - Ephrata jumped to a 21-12 lead after the first quarter and would use that edge to cruise to a 69-47 Central Washington Athletic Conference (CWAC) win over Selah on Tuesday night.

An 18-8 fourth quarter provided the final blow for the host Lady Tigers who moved to 5-5 overall and 3-5 in league play.

"Overall we played as a team and that showed with 19 assists," Ephrata head coach Aaron Ross said. "We shared the ball well and we outrebounded them too. It was a great team win."

Kelsey Yenney led with 18 points while Hailey Boyd finished with 11 points and 14 rebounds and Abby Smith and Maddie Lotz each scored 10 points.
