POLSON - Flathead went on a 13-2 run in the fourth quarter to
take the lead against Polson for good, but three pointers from
Louis Mohr and Kyle Bagnell kept things interesting to the end.

straight game, 61-57
POLSON - Flathead went on a 13-2 run in the fourth quarter to take the lead against Polson for good, but three pointers from Louis Mohr and Kyle Bagnell kept things interesting to the end. Polson couldn't pull off the dramatic comeback and lost it's second straight game, 61-57.
Flathead, a Class AA school, snagged the early 16-15 lead after finishing out the first quarter on a 6-2 run. Bagnell and Mohr hit back-to-back three-pointers and Mohr scored another basket to get the Pirates ahead 21-16.
At halftime, Polson led 27-24 with Bagnell being the halftime leading scorer with 13 and Mohr adding 12.
In the third quarter it was back-and-fourth as both teams scored 18 points apiece. It was the fourth that was the deciding period and Flathead's final six points were free throws.

You’ll have to excuse me for stating the obvious, I’m assuming everyone in Polson already knows this but Neal Lewing is one heck of an actor. I was first able to see the Port Polson player as Judge Turpin in the production of Sweeney Todd last November.
