ST. IGNATIUS - Wow, talk about two teams taking swings at one

another. This could be Mission's signature win of the season, as

the Bulldogs (6-6) found themselves down 30-23 at the end of three

quarters. After holding Arlee (8-3) in check for most of the first

half, Mission got outscored 22-5 in the third to give up a

ten-point lead.

After holding Arlee (8-3) in check for most of the first half, Mission got outscored 22-5 in the third to give up a ten-point lead.

Bulldogs junior Austin Durglo was the hero in the game as he scored 18 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Sophomore Dylan Evans hit all six of his free throws in the fourth quarter and as a team, Mission his 11 of 10 free throws in the last eight minutes of the game as they outscored Arlee 23-11 in the fourth quarter for the win.

You’ll have to excuse me for stating the obvious, I’m assuming everyone in Polson already knows this but Neal Lewing is one heck of an actor. I was first able to see the Port Polson player as Judge Turpin in the production of Sweeney Todd last November.
