McEUEN: AG should judge

Dear Idaho State Attorney General,

We have a major serious issue developing that is going to affect thousands of people who enjoy Lake Coeur d'Alene. The "Team McEuen" agenda is to restrict access to the Lake Coeur d'Alene boating public by closing the Third Street boat ramp which was paid for with public funds. Enclosed is a letter from the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation confirming that fact.

Mayor Sandi Bloem states, "Everything has been voted on by the public because they voted for the elected officials." The Coeur d'Alene mayor or city officials have never been on my ballot, or other citizens who use the facilities so we disagree with her.

Can the citizens that enjoy the use of Lake Coeur d'Alene depend on your office to analyze the federal land and water conservation laws, or other laws pertaining to this issue, convince "Team McEuen" that they cannot close the Third Street boat launch and baseball diamonds?

Closing the Third Street ramp will make Lake Coeur d'Alene a rich man's lake, Team McEuen's agenda. this issue should be put on the ballot.

Oh, while I have your attention, thank you for enforcing the telemarketers' no-call list.

TED DOHERR
