Our precious “Baby Clay” was born into his parents’ arms and his families’ hearts on Dec. 31, 2010. The instant love everyone had for him was shown through laughter and tears as we all fought for who would get to hold him next.

He was momma's little man, daddy's big boy, and grandma and grandpa's pride and joy. He was loved by our church and our friends and always put a smile on our face.

“We have been told God needed him in heaven, but me and momma still need him here with us. We love you Clay, and will always hold you close to our hearts. You will live on forever through your pictures and our memories and will never be forgotten. The 22 days you were here with us was a blessing and we all truly hope to see you again. With all the love in the world, momma, daddy and big brother.”

He is survived by his parents, Ron Goodsell and Amber Henderson, of Missoula; brother, Josiah, of Missoula; grandparents, Wade and Ronette Goodsell of Columbia Falls, and Les and Kathie Henderson of Missoula; great-grandparents, Rodney Wellen of Columbia Falls, and Velma Henry of Frenchtown; aunts and uncles, Kyle and Rolanda Goodsell of Columbia Falls, and Jeremy, Justin and Summer of Missoula; and cousins, Caleb and Autumn, of Columbia Falls.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, at Fruit of the Spirit Church, 2626 W. Central Ave., Missoula, with Pastor Tim Taunt officiating. A reception will follow.

The family suggests memorials to Fruit of the Spirit Church, 2626 W. Central Ave., Missoula, MT 59801.
