CHELAN - A trip up north for the Ephrata Tigers didn't quite end the way they would have liked.

The Tigers dropped a 34-29 dual decision at Class 1A Chelan on Tuesday night.

Ephrata earned six points via a forfeit at 103-pounds, while Jesus Valencia (130-pounds), and Zach Dwyer (135-pounds) each recorded pin victories for the team.

Earning decision wins for the Tigers were Bryce Unruh (145-pounds, 10-5) and Jacob Green (171-pounds, 11-8), while Tyler Childs (119-pounds) earned a technical fall victory.
