CLACKAMAS, Ore. - The Coeur d'Alene Lumbermen lost 10-3 to Yakima Pepsi Pak in the semifinals and then lost 4-0 to Westview of Beaverton, Ore., to finish fourth at the Diamond Classic American Legion wood bat tournament Sunday.

Joe Roletto went 3 for 4 and Colin Comack was 2 for 3 for the Lums against Yakima. Coeur d'Alene had won two straight in the tournament after dropping its first two tourney games.

"We were satisfied," Lums coach Lloyd Duman said. "The pitchers (Sunday) were two of the better pitchers we've seen (this year)."

Coeur d'Alene (30-18) gets a day to rest, then travels to Lewis-Clark on Tuesday for a class AA North Idaho League doubleheader.
