Cd'A Resort Golf Course rates Top 10

The city is nice, but the golf course is making its own name.
The readers of Conde Nast Traveler have named The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course as one of the best in the West.
The publication added the course to its Top 10 Western Golf Resorts for 2011, as ranked by readers who play golf throughout the world.
"Stretching from Scottsdale to St. Andrews, these properties marry outstanding golf with fantastic lodging, dining, and service," the article says.
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course weighed in at No. 7, scoring a 98 out of 100 in golf staff and services, 96 for course design and access and a 92.5 for location.
Sun Valley Lodge in Idaho also made the list at No. 9.
