SELECT SOCCER
The inaugural Western Border Cup tournament concluded Sunday in Post Falls.
The Idaho Thunder FC of Post Falls hosted the 80-team event, with teams from Washington, Montana, Idaho, British Columbia and Alberta, aging from U9 to the open adult divison.
Top-three finishers in each division follow.

SWIMMING
The Coeur d'Alene Area Swim Team sent 12 swimmers to the Starlight Invitational swim meet in Wenetchee, Wash., July 8-10.
The small CAST contingent placed 10th, led by Devin Selander, who posted lifetime bests in all eight events.
