Ruby Margarite Olsen, 86, of Spirit Lake, died July 2, 2011, at Life Care Center of Coeur d'Alene. Ruby was a hard working mother of 13 children. She was loved by all and will be missed. Ruby was preceded in death by her beloved son Tommy and daughters Susan and Penny. Ruby is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth Olsen, of Spirit Lake. She also is survived by her sister, Ann Little, of Shasta Lake, Calif.; daughters, Janice Scott of Redding, Calif., Martha Carroll of Crump, Tenn., Nancy Kelm of Kingman, Ariz., Rose Lenox of Coeur d'Alene, Karen Gabbard of Highland, Calif., sons Steven Tucker of Atlanta, Mark Tucker of Hawthorne, Nev., David Olsen of San Diego, Calif., Randy and Tim Olsen of Spirit Lake, and 37 grandchildren.
