Americans play well at 10U invitational

BREWSTER - The Americans 10U Baseball team fared well over the weekend.

The team was playing at the Brewster Invitational Tournament with six other central Washington teams.

The Americans (21-5) went 4-and-1 in the tournament and were undefeated in pool play, beating Coulee Area 13-0 and Wenatchee 5-4.

Moses Lake met Eastmont in the semi finals and sealed their 11-8 victory with a walk-off 3 run homer in the bottom of the tenth.

Moses Lake finished off their championship run with a 9-8 victory over Brewster.
