Trindera Engineering hires Aaron Hesse

Trindera Engineering, an electrical and control systems engineering firm based in Coeur d'Alene, announced the hiring of Aaron Hesse, as an electrical project engineer.

Hesse is a recent graduate of Eastern Washington University, where he focused on power and control systems design.

He previously worked with the city of Cheney light department while attending the university. Hesse joins the Trindera team as an electrical engineer for projects in the municipal and commercial groups.

Trindera specializes in electrical, controls, lighting and specialty systems.

Monte Drake accepts manager position

AmericanWest Bank announced that Monte Drake has accepted the position of Hayden financial center manager.

Drake previously was the manager of the bank's Lewiston financial center. He has more than 28 years of banking and finance-related experience, including expertise in business banking and commercial lending.

Pat Braddock, who previously managed the Hayden financial center, was promoted to community banking regional manager.

Patsy Gayda is vice

president of branches

Spokane Teachers Credit Union employee Patsy Gayda has been named STCU's vice president of branches.

Gayda joined the credit union as a teller in 1985, rising to become director of branch operations in 2004. In that position, she helped open STCU's U-District, Post Falls, Northtown Square, Liberty Lake and Silver Lake branches.

Gayda is treasurer for the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the organization's board of directors and executive board. She is a board member for Women Helping Women and is a former Big Sisters volunteer, among other community activities.

Northwest sleep center

earns accreditation

The sleep center at Northwest Specialty Hospital recently earned accreditation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). The AASM promotes the highest quality of medical care for people with sleep problems and sleep-related breathing disorders.

The sleep center has been open for a year and a half.

Dr. James Osmanski, the sleep center medical director, said, "We are very pleased to announce our accreditation by the AASM, which comes after a rigorous screening and selection process and demonstrates our commitment to providing superior comprehensive care to our patients and their families."

Northwest Specialty Hospital is located at 1593 E. Polston Ave., in Post Falls.
