Gable, Sherman purchase Rathdrum Animal Clinic

Tonia Gable and Aprill Sherman recently purchased the Rathdrum Animal Clinic, 6499 W. Commercial Park Ave.

They can provide check ups, surgery and preventive medicine for small animals and exotics, including mice, rats, lizards birds, snakes, ferrets and rabbits.

They employ eight.

Rathdrum Animal Clinic is open 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

Gable is a 1993 graduate of Coeur d'Alene High School. She earned her associate's degree in biology in 1995 at North Idaho College and her bachelor's degree in a double major of animal and veterinary science in 1997 at the University of Idaho. She received a master's degree in veterinary science in 1999. In 2003, Gable earned her DVM from Washington State University. She worked at Prairie Animal Hospital from June 2003 to July 2011.

Sherman earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Chadron State College in 1998. She graduated with her DVM from Kansas State University in 2002.

Paladin Services and Susan Keeley Counseling opens in Cd'A

Jeff Williams of Paladin Services and Susan Keeley Counseling Services have recently opened their joint counseling offices in Coeur d'Alene, Paladin Services and Susan Keeley Counseling."

They focus on an individual's strengths and the positive aspects of the client's environment.

Keeley worked as Veterans' Service Officer for Bonner County. She is a mental health provider for both TRICARE and CERIDIAN/MILITARY ONE SOURCE for active military service persons and their families as well as veterans and their dependents.

Williams has assisted a broad-based population within his therapy practice, he has spent numerous years working with individuals with mental disorders.

"Paladin Services and Susan Keeley Counseling recognize the importance in getting mental health help in a private and comfortable atmosphere," the release said. "Their services are provided in an easy access location in Coeur d'Alene at 1042 W. Mill Ave., Suite 205.
