Willie Nelson preforming at Northern Quest Sunday

SPOKANE - Country-man Willie Nelson will bring his sounds of blues, rock, traditional country, jazz and many more to Northern Quest Resort & Casino as part of the Pepsi Outdoor Summer Concerts on Sunday, July 31.

Show time is 7 p.m. Ticket prices start at $55. This show is all ages, 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Rising to stardom in the 1970s with three album releases including "Shotgun Willie" in '73, "Red Headed Stranger" in '75 and "Stardust" in '78, Willie Nelson became one of the most recognized in the genre of outlaw country.

During the mid-1980s, while creating hit albums like Honeysuckle Rose and recording hit songs like "On the Road Again," "To All the Girls I've Loved Before," and "Pancho & Lefty," he joined the country super-group The Highwaymen, along with fellow singers Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Kris Kristofferson.

Nelson was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1993.
