Agnes Nagrone Rehard, 85

Agnes Nagrone Rehard, 85, was born in Hilo, Hawaii, on Jan. 14, 1926. She went home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2011.

Agnes and her husband, Leonard, of 50 years, were married in Hawaii on Aug. 17, 1946. Shortly after, they moved to Coeur d'Alene where Leonard grew up. She loved children and spent many years baby-sitting. During the holidays, she loved to make candy houses and bake Christmas cookies.

Agnes is survived by her daughters, Pam Smith and her husband Bob, Robin Giovanelli and her husband Mark, Cindy Pennel and her husband Larry; and her son, Lennie and his wife Angie; her two brothers, Milton and Eddie Nagrone; 10 grandchildren, Michelle, Denny, Hope, Tami, Cameron, Chad, Shannette, Frank, Brett and Paige; and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Rehard; mother Roses Moses and her husband, Chet; father Poncho Nagrone and his wife, Helen; and brother George (Pineapple) Nagrone.

Private services have already been held.
