Sandpoint Summer Sampler is June 16
Discover the rich flavors of Sandpoint's cuisine at the Sandpoint Summer Sampler on Thursday, June 16 at Farmin Park. This culinary extravaganza showcases food and drink samples from the area's finest restaurants, breweries, and wineries.
"There's nothing better than a sunny day, good food, good drink and the community coming together to kick off the summer season." said Chamber President and CEO Kate McAlister.
Attendees need to be 21 years of age or older to enter the garden.
Again this year, the Chef's Mystery Box Cooking Competition presented by Litehouse will continue the battle for the "best of" chef. With a mystery box of ingredients, the chefs will compete with their knives, spices, and ingenuity for the traveling trophy and notoriety for their respective restaurant. Come out to see this year's dueling chefs who have a friendly "guys versus gals" rivalry going on. Returning champion Eddie Sneva will be representing Dover Bay Cafe and this year's challenger is Katie Jimenez from The Bistro Rouge Cafe.
There is no fee to come to the Summer Sampler but tickets for samples are $1 each. Samples range from $3 to $7.
