LIBBY - Justyn Mack pitched Libby out of a jam in the second game of a doubleheader as the Loggers took both contests from the Mission Valley A Mariners on Monday in American Legion baseball play.

Mack took the hill in the seventh inning with the bases loaded and pitched the Loggers out of trouble for his second save on the season in a 7-3 victory.

Libby (17-12 overall, 7-0 league) took the opener 4-1.

Alex Bluhm picked up the victory in the second game. He was making his first start of the season.

Bluhm also had a solid day at the plate, going 1 for 3 in the opener, with an RBI, and 3 for 4 in the second game.

Libby hosts the Missoula Mavs in doubleheader action today at 1:05 p.m.
