Concerning Cliff Harris’s columns on climate change, Ms. Donna Williams writes: “Obviously Mr. Harris has his very sincere but one-sided leanings according to his religious convictions.”
She is mistaken. Mr. Harris’s opinions are firmly anchored in science and decades of study. If Ms. Williams has some evidence that Mr. Harris relies on religion more than science I suggest she post it rather than make unsubstantiated allegations.
Ironically I am reminded that recently a number of purported scientists have labeled skeptics of man-made global warming as “heretics,” a term normally reserved to theologians.
I encourage Mr. Harris to continue his excellent scientific reporting on this issue.
