Boxcar catches fire in Paradise

The Sanders County Sheriff's Office received an emergency call from the Montana Rail Link late Tuesday afternoon regarding a boxcar catching fire.

The call came in at 5:55 p.m. as the train was passing through Paradise, Mont. 

Both the Plains Volunteer Fire Department and the Plains-Paradise Fire Department responded to the incident and were on the scene. They worked to put out the flames and smoke in the boxcar.
