High Desert Classic schedule begins tomorrow

EPHRATA - The High Desert Classic hosted by the Columbia Basin RiverDogs baseball program begins tomorrow and will run through to Sunday.
Both the RiverDogs and Desert Dogs teams will take part.
The RiverDogs come in following an 0-5 trip to Williamette, Ore. while the Desert Dogs took third at the Father's Day Bash in the Tri Cities over the past weekend.
The Desert Dogs hope to fine tune their game so they can also qualify for the Babe Ruth World Series in August to be held in Ephrata.
This weekend's full schedule:
Thursday: River Dogs vs Seattle Broncos, 12:30 p.m. in Ephrata; River Dogs vs. Walla Walla Bears, 5:30 p.m, Ephrata.
Friday: Desert Dogs vs. Cascade Kodiaks, 12:30 p.m., at Big Bend CC; RiverDogs vs. Kitsap, 5:30 p.m., Ephrata; Desert Dogs vs. Diamond Jaxx, 8 p.m., Ephrata.
Saturday: Desert Dogs vs. Laces Blue, 10 a.m., BBCC; Desert Dogs vs. TBA, after pool play, TBD, BBCC; River Dogs vs. TBA, after pool play, TBD, Ephrata.
Sunday (playoff final day): Desert Dogs vs. TBA, TBD, BBCC; River Dogs vs. TBA, TBD, Ephrata.
