It's cold and damp outside, but inside, coffee, cookies and a portrait of human warmth await.
Surrounded by about 300 pieces of local art and a veritable museum of frames, Merlin and Shane Berger and their daughter, Lynee Berger Richards, busy themselves with the day's long list of to-dos. Just like every day, though, they're focused on one goal: Making their customers happy.
