City crews working on clogged pipe
Daily Inter Lake | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 14 years AGO
Kalispell Public Works employees were busy working on Buttercup Loop Tuesday.
The street, located in The Willows subdivision, had been flooded for two weeks due to a clogged pipe.
City Water Superintendent Susie Turner said employees still were working on the clogged pipe with a Roto-Rooter after 5 p.m.
Earlier in the day, workers pumped out a manhole and eliminated water pooling in the street.
Buttercup Loop resident Rick Thompson said 15 city trucks were on scene Tuesday morning with gravel.
“The drain is full of willows,” he said.
“Things are going smoothly here,” resident George Sprotte said Tuesday evening.
