Plains man found dead

Jeff Lakel, 27, was pronounced dead at approximately 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning, according to Sanders County Coroner Kathy Bates.

Lakel, of Plains, was found on Diehl Ranch Road just West of Plains.

The cause of death has not yet been determined, but a toxolcology study has been requested.
