'Lost in Yonkers' auditions scheduled
North Idaho Theatre announces auditions for its first show, "Lost in Yonkers" by Neil Simon.
Roles:
• Two teenage boys, able to play age 12-19
• Two women able to play age range of 30s
• One woman able to play age range of 60s to 70s
• Two men able to play age range of 30s to 40s
• June 13 general auditions at 6 p.m.
• June 14 call backs at 6 p.m. (These will be posted on our website www.northidahotheatre.org)
• June 16 first cast meeting at 6 p.m. All events are at Coeur d'Alene High School auditorium.
Actors who are hired will receive a small stipend. Rehearsal dates (off book) will be Aug. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 from 5-9 p.m., and Aug. 6 & 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Woodwind quintet offers free concert
A free concert by the Golden West Winds Woodwind Quintet is scheduled 2 p.m. May 15 at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library. Led by Master Sgt. Lezlee Masson, The Golden West Winds is the resident woodwind quintet of the United States Air Force Band of the Golden West, Travis AFB.
The group performs an assortment of chamber music, ranging from the works of baroque masters to the ragtime of Scott Joplin - music that is ideal for all audiences.
Clay Invitational opens May 13
The Art Spirit Gallery at 415 Sherman Ave. in downtown Coeur d'Alene will open its 12th Annual Clay Invitational -featuring 19 artists Friday, May 13 with a reception from 5-8 in conjunction with the Downtown ArtWalk. This show runs May 13-June 4. Everyone is welcome.
