Kootenai County Sheriff
Friday
8:20 a.m.: A Makita air compressor, two Hitachi nail guns and other items with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from a residential cabin in the 2000 block of East Garwood Road near Hayden.
3:32 p.m.: A GE refrigerator, an oak medicine cabinet and miscellaneous household items with a total value of about $1,400 were reported stolen from a rental residence in the 30300 block of North Davis Lane in Athol.
Saturday
12:40 p.m.: A red wheel valued at $2,000 was reported stolen from a tow truck parked in the 2000 block of West Dakota Avenue in Hayden.
LAWSUIT
Raymond Luchi v. Tom Meyers, seeking judgment in excess of $9,000.
JUDGMENT
Midland Funding L. L. C., v. Julianna Mauck, was awarded judgment of $10,862.62.
SENTENCINGS

Joe R. Lane, 21, Coeur d'Alene: 365 days in jail with 275 days suspended and credit for time served, $150 in fines and two years probation for petit theft.
Jacob R. Reed, 33, Hayden: 31 days in jail for probation violation.

Richard A. Allen Jr., 38, Post Falls: 117 days in jail with credit for time served and $250 in fines for possession of burglary tools.
