Nielsen Golf Tourney set for June 4

ROYAL CITY - The Bob Nielsen Memorial Golf  Tournament, a  fund-raising event that benefits the Royal High School football program, will be played on Saturday, June 4, at the Royal City Golf Course.

The Nielsen is a five-person scramble. Each team will include four golfers and one member of the Royal football team. RHS footballers may be assigned to a team or they may be won at auction prior to tee time.

The entry fee will be $50 per person or $200 per team. Players who sign up individually will be assigned to teams on a first-come, first-served basis.

Entries may be mailed to Knights Football 2414 Hwy 262 E. Othello, WA 99344. Questions may be directed to Wiley at 989-0055 or Kelly at 346-2468. Checks should be made to Knights Football c/o Coach Wiley Allred.

This tourney is a fund-raiser that helps pay the costs of summer football camp, equipment and other expenses. All prizes will be non-cash awards.

The course has only 12 riding carts available. An early call for one is advisable.
