May 17 is an important day for the Post Falls School District. Michelle Lippert from Zone 2 and Dave Paul from Zone 3 are up for re-election for the School Board. It is important to be informed of the strengths of both candidates and make sure your voice is heard. Lippert and Paul are part of an exceptional team dedicated to the fiscal responsibility and the quality of educational programs necessary for schools.

Lippert, an NIC Philosophy instructor, has 12 years of experience on the board. She has been involved with the Ponderosa Elementary and Post Falls Middle School PTOs. She co-chairs the Senior Parents of 2011 and was a member of the group in 2009. Lippert has first-hand experience with children, programs, test scores and funding.

Paul, Regional Director of USD Agriculture Risk Management, has eight years experience on the board. He is a volunteer of 12 years with experiences on the Post Falls Education Foundation and Seltice Elementary and River City PTOs. Paul knows schools first hand as a parent and trustee.

Lippert and Paul are committed to student success. They believe in educating the whole child and agree this is achieved by hard work and teamwork with parents, teachers, administrators and the community. When tough decisions must be made, they understand it requires honest and upfront dialogue from all stakeholders. Immediate changes faced by Idaho schools demand their experience, education, and understanding of what is important in the Post Falls School District.
