The Coeur d'Alene City Council approved the McEuen Park master plan concept just moments ago with only council Chairman Ron Edinger opposed. Mike Kennedy, John Bruning, Al Hassell, Woody McEvers and Deanna Goodlander all voted for the plan. Mayor Sandi Bloem does not vote unless needed for a tiebreaker.
