POST FALLS - Ladies, break out your bras.

It's for a good cause.

Bras that have never been worn or barely worn are being sought for the Bras for a Cause fundraiser to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Bras should be dropped off at Edge Fitness, 1624 E. Seltice Way, Post Falls, by Saturday.

Donors will receive a $5 credit for each bra that can be used toward purchasing other bras or goods at the Girls' Night Out bra exchange at Edge on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Bras at the event will be sold for $10.

Holly Childers, co-owner of Edge Fitness, said about 60 bras have been received, but more are welcome. Her goal was 50.

"I work with women who lose weight and I commonly hear that they have at least one or two bras sitting around because they don't fit anymore," Childers said. "I wanted to do something for breast cancer awareness, so I thought I'd give this (fundraiser) a shot."

There will also be wine tasting, professional bra fitting, massages, snacks and other goods for a donation at the Thursday fundraiser. There will also be a raffle for a prize worth at least $1,000 in items and services, including personal fitness training, wine and Buck knives.

For more information, call Childers at 661-2220.
