I believe that if each and every one of you will reflect on the facts of the past and present, it will ensure that your vote is for the man who is for our community, not for political position and personal gain. We must vote out of office, regardless of political preference, those politicians who seek vanity over truly finding solutions to our city's problems, and will listen to what the people of our community are concerned about.

Todd Voth is responsible, trustworthy and will put the welfare of our community above his own political ambitions. He will bring a spirit of determination to our city. The values which shape his behavior are honored ones - dignity, honesty, fairness and respect - with regard for his family, friends, business acquaintances, community and generations to come.

He has the capability of improving our community and works side-by-side with the people. Todd Voth has a wonderful affect with tangible results. His strength comes from compassion, generosity, being non-judgemental and having faith that, together, we can accomplish much and be proud of our city. He passes on a positive attitude and warmth that will stir the hearts and minds of Moses Lake.

Todd Voth's approach is one of fairness, treating everyone with respect, and truly listening when spoken to. He will not allow our concerns to fade away into some political sanctuary. Those in high positions should not remain silent with all the problems of gangs, drugs, bullying in our schools, and crimes being committed in our own front yards. Replace that silence with preventative measures and enforce the laws that make crime illegal. As Abraham Lincoln said, "To remain silent, makes cowards of men."

Let's do what is best for our entire community by voting for Todd Voth, City of Moses Lake Council position 7, so we can look forward to a better and brighter future.

The federal government's (lack of) thinking regarding gun control

No law has ever prevented a person with evil intent from committing murder, assaults, theft, or any other crime. People were murdered long before firearms were invented. Guns are inanimate objects, capable of being used for both defense as well as evil acts.

Reader supports incumbent

I believe Allan Burritt is the right choice for being elected to the Moses Lake School District Board. I have found Allan to be a committed and dedicated individual when it comes to caring about the success of students who is motivated due to a genuine, sincere interest in doing good. I have found him to possess the valuable quality of striving for improvements for student success but also sensitive to, and understanding of, the economic realities we are facing today. When voting, I encourage you to consider these factors and vote for Allan Burritt as member of the Moses Lake School District Board.
