Fromm, formerly of North Idaho College and Lake City High, had 13 points, five rebounds and three steals in 25 minutes for the Warriors in a 64-52 loss to Montana in an exhibition game last Thursday at the Adams Center in Missoula. "That's what he does," LCSC coach Brandon Rinta said of Fromm. "That's what he does every day in practice and in every game. If he lacks anything in size or ability he makes it up in hard work."
Rhianna Grossman
Carroll cross country
Grossman, a sophomore from Lake City High, won the women's Frontier Conference title in 18 minutes, 33 seconds on Friday in Billings. Grossman was also named the conference's female runner of the year. "Grossman is a very talented runner and deserved to win," Lewis-Clark State coach Mike Collins said.

Kamoe, the former Sadie Simon of Coeur d'Alene High, has started all 14 games for the Seasiders (11-2-1), with two assists in her junior season in Laie, Hawaii.

Pounds, a sophomore formerly of the Community Colleges of Spokane and Coeur d'Alene High, finished 38th with a 220 as the Vandals finished tied for sixth in the Herb Wimberly Invitational at the New Mexico State University Golf Course in Las Cruces, N.M.

Montana cross country
Norris, a freshman from Coeur d'Alene High, finished 31st in 27:04 at the Big Sky Championships on Oct. 29 in Pocatello.
Fei Gao
Concordia (Calif.) volleyball
Gao, formerly of North Idaho College, has 223 kills for the Eagles (29-1), an NAIA school in Irvine, Calif. Gao has started 24 of 25 matches this season she has played in with 262 digs and six blocks.
