POST FALLS - A 29-year-old Spokane Valley man was injured during a rollover accident on Interstate 90 late Monday.
According to Idaho State Police, Luis M. Schiaffini-Pineiro was eastbound at milepost 2 in Post Falls at 10:26 p.m. in a 1995 Mazda pickup when he lost control of the vehicle and crossed the right shoulder. The vehicle rolled multiple times and came to rest on its wheels.
Police said I-90 was icy, and Schiaffini-Pineiro was traveling too fast for conditions. He was wearing a seat belt.
Schiaffini-Pineiro was transported to Kootenai Medical Center, where he was in good condition on Tuesday.
