Elva Amos, 83, died at home from natural causes on Oct. 23, 2011.
Elva, of Libby, lived in Montana for 13 years. She was born in Tacoma, Wash., on Aug. 24, 1928. She was raised in Doris, Calif.
Elva’s husband of 40 years preceded her in death on Dec. 25, 1991.
She is survived by her children, Linda (Ronnie) Mays, David (Michele) Amos, Cheryle Amos and Susan Amos all of Libby, and her brother, Charles Holder of Oroville, Calif., and sister, Agnes Bollman of Riddle, Ore.
Her grandchildren are Dusty and Laura Amos of Bend, Ore., Wes Storey of Madras, Ore., and Kaleb Amos of Libby.
Great-grandchildren are Amber and Morgan Storey, Gavin and Wyatt Amos, and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Nov. 19, 2011, at the Family Worship Center on 2425 Montana Highway 37.
