Kootenai County Sheriff

Thursday

3:14 p.m.: Iron tubing valued at $800 was reported stolen from private property in the 1200 block of South Last Chance Road near Coeur d'Alene.

Friday

5:33 p.m.: Assorted gold jewelry items and cash with a total value of about $5,000 were reported stolen from a residence in the 2400 block of South Bonnell Road near Coeur d'Alene.

10:36 p.m.: A lock box and cash with a total value of $900 was reported stolen from the barn at a residence and business located in the 5100 block of West Prairie Avenue near Post Falls.

Saturday

3:04 p.m.: A teak jewelry box and miscellaneous items of gold jewelry with a total value of $2,000 was reported stolen from a residence in the 2700 block of South Bonnell Road near Coeur d'Alene.

Sunday

8:11 a.m.: Damages of $800 were reportedly done to the windows of three vehicles parked in the 17400 block of East Bunco Road at the Bunco trail head near Athol. An Apple Ipad, a Garmin gps and cash with a total value of about $400 were reported stolen from the vehicles.

LAWSUIT

Steve Bishop v. Island Ski & Board Shop L. L. C., et al., seeking judgment of $105,000.

JUDGMENT

Xpress Collectors Agency L. L. C., v. David J. Kilpatrick, was awarded judgment of $8,455.72.

SENTENCINGS

Judge Barry Watson

Angela D. Warthen, 27, Post Falls: 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended, work release, $250 in fines and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Disaree A. Glines, 22, Sandpoint: 70 days in jail with credit for time served for petit theft.

Billy J. Dalager, 18, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 136 days suspended, credit for time served and two years probation for operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent.

David A. Oquendo, 38, Coeur d'Alene: 60 days in jail with credit for time served for probation violation.

Jayci S. Ragan, 24, Rathdrum: 10 days in jail with work release and $500 in fines for petit theft.

David R. Jennings, 29, Coeur d'Alene: 30 days in jail with work release and $300 in fines for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
