Ronnie L. Boling, 68, of Libby died Thursday Nov. 3, 2011, at his home in Libby from natural causes.
He was born Sept. 20, 1943, in Rockvale, Ky., to James and Zelpha DeWitt Boling. He grew up and attended school in Kentucky.
He would later move to Indiana where he would attend college. He entered the U.S. Air Force on Dec. 5, 1963, and was honorably discharged on Dec. 4, 1967.
He would go on to work for a big computer company’s located in Salt Lake City, Utah. He moved to Libby in 1997.
Ronnie enjoyed hiking, taking pictures and talking with his Internet friend Paul who lives in Sweden. His wife Sherry preceded him in death.
Survivors include his children Dorian Boling of Libby; James Boling and wife Samantha of Calif.; two grandchildren Maverick Owens of Libby; Anthony Thompson of Calif.; and a brother Larry Boling of Tennessee.
Private family services will be held. Local arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby.
