Clearing cellular memories: Part 2

In my last article titled "Clearing Cellular Memory" I talked about "brain balancing" aimed at clearing up the causes behind the symptoms and how even prestigious medical schools such as Stanford University, Southwestern University, Harvard University and New York University have recently released research confirming that ... "these type of cellular memories (emotional triggers) may very well be the missing piece of the puzzle in health and healing." The conclusion of the Southwestern University Medical School research is that the future of healing illnesses and diseases that are now considered to be incurable may very well lie in finding a way to heal cellular memory.
I introduced "Bob" (not his real name) a wonderful retired man in his mid-60s who started the program with every intention of being successful. But after four months and successfully losing 51 pounds he "cheated" not just once but three times in one week and went up 4 pounds. After a few of these "cheating" experiences and our "brain balancing" he left for a trip to New Mexico taking his food for the trip with him. When he returned he was 13 pounds heavier. When I asked him what happened he very honestly told me that he had a burning desire for junk food and that when the desire overcomes him he goes out not for just one piece but for "a bag full."
He then said "I think I know why I do this. When I was a child, every time I hurt myself or got my feelings hurt, I was given candy or junk food to comfort me. I don't know if my parents didn't have enough time for me but that's how I was nurtured." Wow! That cellular memory was causing a behavior that could override rational thinking, the fear for his health and the success that he had up to that point. And that was a memory he could pull up in his memory.
What if you have cellular memories that were inherited, being passed down from one generation to the next. Not only could you not remember them, because they were not recorded as a visual experience that you had, but nonetheless were being reactivated by circumstances in your life.
Drs. Alexander Loyd, Ph.D., ND and Ben Johnson, M.D., DO, NMD in their fabulous book "The Healing Code" state that we have three types of cellular memory that have energy and when triggered by circumstances (the breadth of which is commensurate with the severity of the event) can stress us to the point of shutting down our immune system, digestive system, etc., to the point of causing disease, but also bypassing our rational thinking causing us to exhibit irrational, sabotaging behavior. And yes, they have solid scientific proof this is happening.
These three cellular memories are from trauma, prelanguage/prelogical thinking (where as a child an event is recorded without the benefit of being filtered by our rational thinking and is therefore a misrepresentation of the event) and inherited memory that Dr. Johnson believes is passed on by the DNA of our white blood cells. If this seems too far-fetched to you remember that research at the University of Washington a few years ago showed that toxins could be passed down on the DNA for 3 generations. These cellular memories can be healed. You can clear these cellular memories and have the successful behavior that has eluded you.

The Skinny on Weight Loss: Part I
As attested to by the many ads in the media, we are a nation of dieters. According to the Surgeon General of the United States, "The greatest threat to our country isn't terrorism, it's obesity." Perhaps more of us should be thinking about losing the unhealthy extra weight we've accumulated. But losing weight is physiologically unnatural. Many of you have tried can attest to that and that's why 95 percent of people who have successfully lost weight will gain it back.
