Baker, a junior from Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy who played basketball for Lake City High, scored 11 points for the Grizzlies in a 55-46 loss to Portland on Saturday at the Chiles Center.

Hofstra basketball

Loper, a sophomore from Post Falls High, scored eight points and had two steals for the Pride (4-1) in a 70-60 win over Drake in the Triple Crown Cancun Challenge on Friday at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

Camille Reynolds

South Alabama basketball

Reynolds, a junior formerly of Lakeland High and North Idaho College, scored 15 of her team-high 19 points in the second half to beat Texas-San Antonio 54-42 on Friday in their Thanksgiving Classic in San Antonio. "Camillle Reynolds hit some big baskets in the second half to propel us offensively," South Alabama coach Rick Pietri said. Reynolds also had four steals and five rebounds. Reynolds scored nine points in Saturday's 61-53 win over Utah.

Cassie Thompson

Thompson, a freshman from Timberlake High, scored six points and had five rebounds for the Pilots in a 55-46 win over the Montana Grizzlies on Saturday at the Chiles Center.

Sadie Kamoe

BYU-Hawaii soccer

Kamoe (formerly Simon), a junior from Coeur d'Alene High, was named to the Pacific West All-Conference second team. Kamoe switched from forward to defender and finished with one goal and two assists for the NCAA Division II Seasiders, who finished the season 12-3-1.

Ameer Shamsud-din

Academy of Art basketball

Shamsud-din, a junior formerly of North Idaho College, was named the Pacfic West Conference men's basketball player of the week for the week of Nov. 21 after averaging 21.5 points, 3.5 assists, two steals and three 3-point field goals in two games for the San Francisco-based Knights.

Nate Frisbie

Community Colleges of Spokane basketball

Frisbie, a sophomore from Lake City High, scored 11 points and had five assists for the Sasquatch in a 95-79 win over Everett in the Lower Columbia College Red Devil Classic in Longview, Wash. Frisbie scored two points as the Sasquatch (3-0) beat Yakima Valley in championship game on Sunday.

Fei Gao

Concordia volleyball

Gao, a junior from Qingdao, China, and NIC, was named to the all-Golden State Athletic Conference team after finishing 13th in hitting percentage (.276) and 11th in digs per game (3.12) for the Eagles, who advanced to the NAIA tournament this week in Sioux City, Iowa.
