SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located at 2l2 Pear Pl. S., Desert Aire, WA 99349, Lot 147 of Desert Aire #1. The property is located in a portion of Section 22, Township 14, North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant Count, WA Parcel # 02-0172-000 ZONING: Rural Village Residential - 1.
