Lila Vogt

Lila Vogt, 81, longtime Moses Lake resident passed away Thursday, October 6, 2011 at her home at Moses Lake Senior Living.
Lila was born on March 3, 1930 in Pasadena, California, daughter of the late Angelo and Clarinda (Veltri) Naccarato. Lila grew up in Priest River, Idaho and Chewelah, Washington. She married Hubert Vogt in April 1950. A few years later they moved to Moses Lake. Lila worked at Larson Air Force Base, the Moses Lake School District and the Federal Land Bank Association. She retired in 1986. Lila enjoyed travel, family gatherings, crochet, walking and reading. She had a generous spirit and loved to visit with people. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and was involved in church ministries.
Lila Rae is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Guy Nelson, Pullman, WA; one son and daughter-in-law, Lou and Sally Vogt, Seal Beach, CA; grandchildren, Heather and Kevin Whittall, Jack Vogt and Nora Vogt; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Quinten and Hadley Rae.
Besides her parents, Lila was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert in 2004 and by one brother, Ronald Naccarato.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2011 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. A reception will follow in the Fatima Center.
