EPHRATA - Jose Castilleja ran for 120 yards and three touchdowns to lead Grandview to a come from behind 28-21 win over Ephrata Friday.

The Greyhounds and Tigers battled to a 0-0 score at the end of the first quarter, but Ephrata got on the board first in the second, on a 42-yard pass from Tyler Clark to Christian Nuckolls to put the Tigers up 7-0.

Grandview answered with back-to-back scores on runs of 24 and nine yards by Castilleja to take a 14-7 lead at intermission.
