Kling now senior project manager

Bill Kling has joined Ginno Construction as senior project manager.

Kling has more than 25 years of construction experience with a wide range and extensive background in all types of commercial construction including hospital, medical office, dental office, church, retail automotive, general office and retail. He has served as chairman of the Inland Pacific Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and is currently active in the Rotary Club of Coeur d'Alene - Sunrise where he has also served as President.

A lifelong resident of the Coeur d'Alene area, King has attended Boise State University, the University of Idaho and is a graduate of the Associated Builders and Contractors National Superintendents Academy at Clemson University.

For nearly 20 years Ginno Construction has been providing general contracting and design build services.

Culora named Empire Aerospace GM

Jim Culora has been named general manager at Empire Aerospace in Hayden.

He has 28 years aviation experience, with 12 of them in quality assurance including being involved in several key departments when Delta Airlines built its maintenance repair station operation.

He joined parent company Empire Airlines in April 2006 as quality control manager, then moved to quality manager for Empire aerospace in September.

"Jim helped develop our current programs and has robust knowledge of the internal workings of Empire Aerospace," said Tim Komberec, president and CEO of Empire Airlines/Empire Aerospace.

Culora and his wife live in Coeur d'Alene.
