MOSES LAKE - The second suspect wanted in connection with a Sept. 20 double shooting near Moses Lake was arrested in Montana.

Ivy R. Maine, alias Ivy R. Ramos, was arrested Friday by Grant County sheriff's detectives, United States Marshals and Missoula Police officers, according to Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones on Monday.

Maine and her alleged accomplice, Brian Brodil, are suspected of shooting Rolando Padron Jr., 32, and a 17-year-old male near Road K Northeast during what investigators believe was a botched methamphetamine drug deal.

Brodil was arrested Sept. 23 in La Grande, Ore.

The shooting victims are still recovering, but Chief Deputy Ryan Rectenwald did not know their current condition.

The Grant County Sheriff's Office received several tips from the public regarding Maine's whereabouts and forwarded the leads to U.S. Marshals, who located her in Missoula, Jones stated.

Grant County Sheriff's detectives traveled to Montana last week and arrested Maine without incident on suspicion of assault in the first degree and robbery in the first degree, booking her into the Grant County Jail.

"It took a little longer than we had hoped, but in the end the assistance from citizens, the U.S. Marshals and Missoula Police helped us catch Ivy Ramos," Jones stated. "My heartfelt thanks go out to all who were involved."

Maine's bail is currently set at $500,000 but will be re-addressed at her Nov. 1 arraignment, stated Grant County Prosecutor Angus Lee.

Both Maine and Brodil have previous convictions.

Maine has an open case in Grant County for escape from community custody and three other convictions in Spokane County, according to court documents.

Brodil has a 2010 conviction for identity theft in the second degree after stealing customers' credit card numbers while working at a gas station. He also has a misdemeanor conviction for participating in a criminal street gang in Merced County, Calif., according to court records.
