Kootenai County Sheriff

Tuesday

8:08 a.m.: A Craftsman riding lawnmower valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from the barn at a residence in the 18900 block of West Highway 58 near Worley.

2:38 p.m.: Two TVs and jewelry with a total value of $3,000 were reported stolen from a summer home in the 400 block of West Conkling Park Drive near Worley.

3:06 p.m.: Damages of $600 were reportedly done to the door of a residence in the 4000 block of South Millsap Loop near Post Falls. Jewelry valued at $500 was reported stolen from the home.

Wednesday

6:01 p.m.: An Ipod player and a jewelry box containing assorted jewelry with a total value of about $1,700 were reported stolen from a residence in the 22600 block of North Estates Road near Athol.

JUDGMENTS

State of Idaho, ex rel. Industrial Commission v. Joe Roope's Castaway Fly Shop Inc., et al., was awarded judgment of $6,350.

O'Neill Wetsuits L. L. C., v. Island Ski & Board Shop L. L. C., was awarded judgment of $7,059.07.

Lindsey N. Barre, 18, Coeur d'Alene: 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended, $300 in fines and two years probation for unlawful purchase, possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Jose M. Soto, 32, Coeur d'Alene: 14 days in jail with credit for time served for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.

Judge Fred Gibler

Shayne D. Russell, 45, Rathdrum: Four years determinate penitentiary time and six years indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction, $720.50 in fines and driver's license suspended for five years for driving under the influence.

Christopher M. Huckaby, 38, Hayden: Five years determinate penitentiary time and five years indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction and $665.50 in fines for possession of a controlled substance and habitual offender.

Joshua M. Branam, 35, Post Falls: 180 days in jail, three years determinate penitentiary time and four years indeterminate time, credit for time served and $715.50 in fines for dispensing an alcoholic beverage to a minor, possession of a controlled substance and obstructing officers.

Paul G. Acosta, 31, Spokane: Five years determinate time and five years indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction, $420.50 in fines and driver's license suspended for five years for probation violation and two counts of driving under the influence.

Stephen N. Ferguson, 45, Coeur d'Alene: One year determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $525.50 in fines and two years probation for battery on a law enforcement officer.

Jeremy D. Carter, 23, Coeur d'Alene: Four years determinate time and six years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended and two years probation for probation violation.
