WHITEFISH - Christopher Kollar and Kristina Pattison, both of Missoula, were the overall winners of the seventh annual Two Bear Marathon on Sunday.

Kollar completed the 26-mile, 385-yard race in 2 hours, 43 minutes and 13.1 seconds.

Pattison had the top time for women, finishing in 3:32:26.6.

Kollar averaged 6:14 per mile, while Pattison averaged 8:06.

Kollar won by more than 22 minutes. Pattison finished more than seven minutes ahead of her runner-up.

Fifty men completed the marathon to 39 for the women.

In the half marathon, Richard Menicke of Whitefish posted the fastest overall time - 1:27:15.5. Rhea Dahlberg of Missoula had the best time for women - 1:28:32.1.

There were 124 women finishers in the half marathon and 67 men.

This marked the fourth year a half marathon was held.
